The journey of cancer is really long and sometimes difficult. " I received a reiki from Krystal and it was nothing short of amazing. You can tell she cares and is invested. She creates an environment that makes you feel relaxed and safe from beginning to end. She took her time getting to know me and my needs/blockages and familiarizing me with the process. I definitely experienced some relief AND release of things I may have been holding onto. I could feel my body actually reacting at various points. At the end of it she showed genuine compassion and empathy in sitting with me with my emotional response because there definitely was one lol. " You have to experience it first hand. If you aren’t into crystals and meditation but want to learn more about it, this is the place to go. I completed an hour mediation (30 mins guided) and the other 30 mins after a weekend retreat. I was literally in a state of nirvana. The salt is fresh and cold but not too cold. The waterfall sounds are amazing and a perfect touch to the salt cave. Krystal is such a great host in her place of business. AND the cakes are delicious made by her teenage daughter !!!
