Appointments are non-refundable but can be rescheduled to a new date ONCE. 

Parties:

Parties are non-refundable but can be rescheduled to a new date ONCE.

Events:

Any bookings for events are subject to a 50% refund per ticket.

Products:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, with same price within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase needed.
